Rubin M. Turner was admitted to practice in the State of California in 1962. He received his Juris Doctor degree from U.C.L.A. and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, California Supreme Court, and the United States District Courts of the Southern and Northern Districts. During his career Mr. Turner has been a part-time law professor of Real Property Law and Trusts, has authored various articles concerning real estate syndication and real estate transactions, and has lectured and participated in various business and legal panels.
Mr. Turner has been practicing law in California for over fifty years, specializing in all aspects of corporate and real estate matters, with particular emphasis on the establishment of businesses and participation in their growth and development. He has been counsel to many public and private corporations and has assisted them in the practical application of preventive law. As a result of his broad and varied practice, as well as his multi-lingual skills, he has been able to counsel and guide the firm’s national and international corporate and business clients through all phases of routine and complex business transactions.
Many of Mr. Turner’s clients view him as the equivalent of their “in-house” counsel and have enjoyed decades of advice and counsel which have contributed to the success and growth of their businesses.
