Brennan Carter is a Law Clerk at THWV and will join the firm as an Associate Attorney upon passing the July 2025 California Bar Exam. He earned his B.A. in Political Science–International Relations with a minor in Philosophy from UC Santa Barbara and his J.D., with a concentration in International Law, from the University of San Diego School of Law.
Brennan’s commitment to the law is rooted in his desire to influence policy, advance justice, and create meaningful social impact. He has clerked for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in EEO litigation, supported veterans through pro bono work at the USD Veterans Legal Clinic, and defended First Amendment rights during his clerkship with the Freedom Foundation.
He is a member of PALSD, NAPABA, and the San Diego County Bar Association. Outside of work, Brennan enjoys Padres baseball, hiking, camping, fishing, and Formula One racing. His long-term goal is to build a legal career with global reach.
