Bryan Roth is a civil litigator at Turner Henningsen Wolf & VanDenburg, LLP whose practice encompasses a broad range of business and commercial disputes, as well as complex civil litigation for businesses and high net worth individuals on both the plaintiff and defense side. His experience spans contract and partnership disputes, real estate and development litigation, employment matters, warranty and consumer protection defense, and neighbor and property disputes. Bryan is committed to advancing clients’ interests at every stage of litigation — from pre-suit strategy through trial.
Bryan has extensive trial experience, including numerous jury trials. His notable trial results include a defense verdict as second chair for a school district client; a defense verdict as second chair for a capital fund in a breach of contract dispute arising from a $300 million Hawaii development project; a first-chair defense verdict in a neighbor dispute that also resulted in a $1.2 million fee-shifting award in favor of his client; and a first-chair defense verdict for a prominent school superintendent in which the plaintiff sought $50 million in damages.
Bryan received his J.D., cum laude, from UC College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings College of the Law) in 2014. He earned his B.A. in Political Science, with a minor in History and with honors, from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2009. He is admitted to the California State Bar and to all four federal district courts in California.
