Kierra Pedescleaux is a law clerk at Turner Henningsen Wolf & VanDenburg. Originally from Texas, Kierra graduated cum laude from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a double minor in Biology and Chemistry. Torn between taking the path of medicine or law, Kierra’s true passion for advocating for others triumphed. Kierra then moved to California, her favorite state, to attend the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she earned her J.D.

While in law school, Kierra explored many different fields of law. Kierra clerked at the Superior Court of California, County of San Francisco Unified Family Court with the Honorable Monica F. Wiley, Honorable Roger C. Chan, and Honorable Richard C. Darwin. Kierra was also a USPTO Student Certified Clinician with the University of San Francisco’s Internet & Intellectual Property Justice Clinic and a staff member of the Intellectual Property and Technology Law Journal.

After graduating, Kierra continued to explore family law and zealously assist others navigate through one of the most difficult times of their lives. Kierra has since found her niches in insurance defense and lemon law at THWV.

In her free time, you can find Kierra spending time with her family and friends, at the dog park with her beloved dog, cheering on her favorite sports teams, or listening to a true crime podcast.
