Mr. Wolf has been a partner of the firm since 2012.  Mr. Wolf is a business litigator and his practice is centered on providing individuals and businesses of all types with comprehensive legal representation, including contract negotiation and analysis, pre-lawsuit risk management and strategy development, and all phases of litigation and dispute resolution, including appeals.  Mr. Wolf has focused his practice on efficiently and quickly analyzing cases and developing a sophisticated technical understanding of the issues addressing each matter.

Mr. Wolf represents numerous clients in commercial litigation matters, including a focus on commercial disputes, executive compensation matters, real estate transactions and investments, and complex business disputes.  Mr. Wolf devotes a significant portion of his practice to defending against catastrophic injury claims in the fields of commercial transport, hospitality, and premises liability.  As part of the firm’s full-service litigation and transactional practice, Mr. Wolf is also involved in representations involving intellectual property, partnership/joint venture, and unfair competition matters.  In addition, Mr. Wolf’s clients often retain him to act as appellate counsel in adjudicated matters.  Throughout his career, Mr. Wolf has acted as lead and support counsel on numerous jury and bench trials that reached verdict, as well as multiple binding arbitrations.

Mr. Wolf has deep experience with product warranty and liability based representations.  He commenced his career at the international firm Jones Day, spending several years primarily defending against tobacco-based products liability suits.  In the same time frame, Mr. Wolf represented international corporations in toxic tort disputes relating to product manufacturing.  Mr. Wolf then spent several years at a leading real estate firm, Cox Castle & Nicholson LLP, litigating a broad variety of business and real estate related disputes.  Later, at Dentons US LLP, Mr. Wolf spent years engaged in an intense, multi-billion dollar litigation behalf of a satellite manufacturing company arising from the engineering, technical development, deployment, and oversight of then-state of the art communications satellites and satellite-launching mechanisms.

Mr. Wolf also occasionally represents plaintiffs in commercial litigation disputes.  Mr. Wolf secured a multimillion-dollar settlement on behalf of his clients arising from a partnership dispute in the high-tech products industry, and recently secured a multi-million dollar judgment in a breach of contract action arising in the entertainment industry.  Mr. Wolf also devotes time to pro bono matters and counseling individuals without significant financial resources.
