Robert Emerich is a Legal Assistant at Turner, Henningsen, Wolf & VanDenburg, where his extensive background in the automotive industry makes him a valuable asset to the firm’s Lemon Law practice. He graduated from San Francisco State University in 2021 with a degree in Finance.
Robert came to the legal field by way of a career in the automotive industry, having worked across a range of roles including automotive technician, service advisor, and sales representative for automotive software serving independent shops. That hands-on experience across multiple facets of the industry gives him a practical perspective that directly supports the firm’s warranty and Lemon Law cases.
Though new to the legal profession, Robert has found the work deeply rewarding, particularly in the way it allows him to put his industry knowledge to use on behalf of clients navigating the complexities of vehicle warranty disputes. He continues to be active in several automotive groups and car clubs throughout California and Nevada.
Outside of the office, Robert is passionate about auto restoration and shares that enthusiasm through his YouTube channel. When winter arrives, you’ll likely find him snowboarding in Tahoe.
