Kathleen is a dedicated Paralegal with a background in legal support, higher education and talent acquisition. She began her career at the firm in September 2025, following her attendance at the ULCA Paralegal Program where she graduated with distinction. Previously, she studied Public Policy and Urban/Socio-Economic Studies at the SMC Public Policy Institute, and the Urban Studies/Affairs program at Loyola Marymount University. Her prior talent acquisition experience included managing strategic talent sourcing for senior positions across legal, finance, and technology fields. She was motivated to pursue a role in the legal field after participating in non-profit representation at City Council Land Use Planning meetings, studying city & state sustainability policy, and interning with Los Angeles Public Counsel’s Consumer Rights Project.
Kathleen is an active member in professional organizations including the National Association of Legal Assistants, the Los Angeles Paralegal Association, and the American Bar Association (Section Public Contract Law), and has held volunteer roles with Habitat for Humanity International, Food Forward, and the City of Santa Monica’s Department of Housing and Economic Development. She is an avid community gardener, enjoys growing food and advocating for sustainable economic and food system policies along-side local non-profits.
