Michael J. Hanna was admitted to practice in California in 1974. Mr. Hanna received his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he was a member of the moot court honors program. Mr. Hanna has extensive private practice experience in real estate and financial transactions, including sale, lease, financing and development of commercial and residential projects, and low income housing transactions. Prior to commencing private practice, Mr. Hanna was a civil litigation attorney for the State of California, with emphasis in eminent domain and property cases, and also staff counsel for the California Real Estate Department, with emphasis in administrative law and subdivisions.
